Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one email box account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email box account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
